The Challenge
In 2022, NFT marketplaces made a sudden decision to stop enforcing royalty distribution on NFT secondary sales. This change resulted in creators losing a significant source of revenue they relied on to sustain the growth of their collections and businesses.
The Solution
As part of our Grizzython Solana Hackathin entry, we developed a platform that enables users of a specific collection to redeem royalties - even if they have not yet been paid. Our platform also offers collections a range of APIs to monitor royalty payments, along with incentives and mechanisms to promote timely royalty payments.
