These terms cover use of builderz.dev. Client delivery work starts only under a separate signed agreement.

Scope of these terms
These terms apply to your access to builderz.dev. They do not create a client engagement, reserve delivery capacity, or replace a signed proposal or agreement.
Permitted use
You may browse and share links to the site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with site operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate applicable law.
Site content
Builderz owns or has permission to use the text, design, code, and media published on this site unless a page states otherwise. Open-source projects remain subject to the license in their respective repositories. You may not present Builderz content or historical work as your own.
Historical work and third parties
Portfolio entries and client references describe historical Builderz work unless marked current. They do not imply an active client relationship or endorsement. External links lead to services Builderz does not control and are governed by their own terms.
Site availability
The site and its informational content are provided as available. Builderz may correct, remove, or update content and does not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, investment, or security advice.
Client work
Before payment, each client receives a written proposal or agreement that names the contracting party, scope, acceptance criteria, payment schedule, and governing terms. The signed document also identifies the governing law, liability terms, intellectual-property treatment, confidentiality terms, and change process for that engagement.
